Frequently asked questions about ADHD Coaching
Do I need a diagnosis?

No. If you are waiting for a diagnosis, or if pursuing one doesn’t feel like the right decision for you right now, ADHD Coaching can still be helpful as long as you self-identify with ADHD.
How long will I need an ADHD Coach before I start seeing results?

It varies for each client. Some people come with a specific issue and only want a few sessions, while most find they need around 6–8 sessions to implement meaningful, real-life change.

After around eight sessions, we would review your progress and decide together what makes sense next.

The aim of my work is to help you develop a way of working through new challenges as they arise. ADHD Coaching is typically time-limited, rather than an ongoing relationship like some therapy can be.

How often should I see an ADHD Coach?

Generally, fortnightly sessions work best. Some people choose to start with a few weekly sessions to gain momentum and then move to fortnightly to allow time to implement changes in between.

How much does ADHD Coaching cost?

My current rate is $150 for a 50-minute coaching session.

ADHD Coaching is not eligible for Medicare rebates.
